At Mughal Khaddar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

• We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, the product must be unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another product, please return the original item and place a new order.

How to Return

2. Send the product back to Iqbal Bazar near Thana Moor, Kamalia, Punjab, Pakistan.
3. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent further damage during shipping.

• Please keep a proof of shipping when sending returns.
